Super location, anything is close by. Staff members are tremendous welcoming and well prepared and speak wonderful English. You’ll find activities every night time and it´s a great way to meet people today. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only thing was beds are a little noisy but that’s incredibly slight. Good value for the money!

The Empire Hotel is located in an incredibly central position, it is thoroughly clean along with the beds are really comfy! There is only one matter I’d recommend heading forward and that’s to supply more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Overall, I had been very happy with this choice and would definitely suggest it to anyone seeking to visit Baku.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff members on the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds were comfortable and the other guests were usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Quite great hotel and good location. Surely will advise this hotel!
